*For this game, because you are coming from a wealthy family, you get to start with a very high ranked Resources skill. People know your family name and likely know who you are, even though you may not know them. This means you are capable of finding much of what you will likely need, though you may have to go looking for it. When you set up your modes, if your Resources skill is less than +4 then go ahead and raise it to +4, before allocating skill points. If your Resources skill is higher than +4 it may remain at that rank, but there must be reason for it, such as your character has their own business as well as the family fortune.
